How do I book a study room?

The library has group study rooms available for 3 or more and smaller rooms for 1-3 users. There are many individual study pods, tables, etc throughout the library that do not require a reservation.
Students at UHV and VC can book a study room online up to two days in advance for two hours at a time. You can also come to the Check Out Desk on the 2nd floor to inquire about booking a study room. At least 3 people must be present to check into a group study room
you must use your student email for the booking. UHV is student#@uhv.edu. VC is V#@pirates.victoriacollege.edu.
Study rooms can be renewed at the Check Out Desk for additional time if no one is waiting.
If you do claim your room within 15 minutes after the start time, the booking may be cancelled.
Study room bookings are confirmed by an email you will receive. If a booking is NOT confirmed, it will be cancelled.
Non-students may book by coming to the desk during library hours. Nonstudents are not allowed to book ahead and your booking may be cancelled for student use.
